Calculating from the translated and delivered documents, a unit price is 1000 characters (letters) without spaces, approximately one page. You can learn the number of characters in a document prepared in MS Office Word, simply click ‘Word Count’ in the ‘Tools’ menu).
For projects in non-Latin languages, including Arabic, Chinese and Japanese or Russian, the pricing of the text will be based on the Latin characters of the original or finished document.
Payment can be made by invoice, company cheque or Paypal, and all payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
The fee for notarized documents is calculated separately from the translation price. The text is designated by the notary public in a specific jurisdiction, and the notarization fee varies dependent on the subject matter and the length of the text.
