Notarized Translations

The notarization of legal documents such as certificates, international contracts, court documents, agreements and accords for submission to government entities, are all accomplished by our team subsequent to the the texts translation by certified interpreters employed agreements with Tureng. Your documents are delivered free by courier.

We provide sworn and notarized translation services for legal documents, including copies of identification cards, marriage licenses, divorce papers, notices of court order, testaments, academic degree papers, diplomas, adoption records, certificates of naturalization, and immigration documents.

The notarization fee is separate from the translation service charge, and may alter due to the specifications, context and number of pages of the document. The main fee is determined by a notary with whom we work to expedite the notarization process. Our office can only specify an approximate notarization fee. An exclusive apostille is needed to bestow official status on a document for international use. The apostille is a free-of-charge application provided by the district government.

Certified Translators


We assign each project to translators specialized in the subject matter of the text. Our translators possess subject-specific vocabulary. Prior to beginning a job, research utilizing the Tureng Dictionary, the internet and various other resources, is conducted to ensure the accuracy of translations requiring special terminology.
